I am a non-technical founder who built and scaled an internationally recognised technology business.
I now work with founders, leadership teams, charities and growing organisations facing a period of growth, change, fundraising or transition.
Having raised more than £4m in investment myself, I help founders understand what investors are really looking for and how to prepare effectively. Whether you’re raising investment, scaling, innovating, needing to develop and protect your portfolio of brands online, or strengthening your leadership team, I bring practical experience gained from building and leading businesses for the last 30+ years.

Being able to bring experience of being a non-technical founder, of consumer products, of charities, and of being an NED, as well being a trusted voice within government and industry networks, means my very different perspectives can truly help leaders and organisations make better decisions to achieve sustainable growth.
I’ve made plenty of mistakes along the way but one thing I have rarely got wrong is the culture I have developed and grown in every organisation which I have founded, or run. To me, the team is key to delivery – of product, service or technology – whether in the private, public or third sector – and thankfully I know my colleagues and former colleagues will all concur!
