Maximising Potential

About Rachel

Championing brand protection, supporting entrepreneurs and women
In 2023, following a breast cancer diagnosis and treatment, Rachel made the decision to hand over SnapDragon’s daily operations to a new CEO, allowing the company to continue thriving while she transitioned to a Non-Executive Director and Ambassadorial role both for SnapDragon and other business entities. However, her passion for SnapDragon’s mission remains unwavering, and she continues to guide its future while championing brand protection with the same relentless energy that launched the company.
Rachel is a major advocate for entrepreneurship – especially for women – and is a strong proponent of ethical business practices. She is Chair of the Scottish Anti-Illicit Trade Group, Co-Chair of the UK’s IPO Crime Group as well as being a volunteer Coach and Mentor for Smart Works. Rachel sits on the Board of the Morebattle Community Shop and has recently been appointed to the Board of Glencraft, a not-for-profit social enterprise which manufactures luxury mattresses.

Thoroughly enjoyed speaking to Rachel Jones for the second episode of our High Growth Leadership podcast. Lots of relevant and relatable content for early stage business leaders and, in particular, any founders without a Tech background looking to successfully scale a Tech business. David Blair and I really appreciated Rachel’s candour when discussing the challenges female founders face raising investment and her experience of stepping back into a NED role.
